The State Library of North Carolina and The Library of Virginia are sponsoring the first ever Southeast Regional Evergreen Conference (SEREC). This conference will enable front line library staff and library management to attend formal presentations, participate in focused round tables, and discuss topics of common interest. Payment of the registration fee is due by October 3, 2014. Receipt of payment serves as a reservation for your spot at the conference. Payment can be made by check only. Please make the check for $25.00 out to "Department of Cultural Resources" and mail it to:

Cancellation Policy: The State Library of North Carolina, serving as the fiduciary agent, reserves the right to cancel any of the conference events. An e-mail announcement will be sent to registrants in the event of a cancellation. Registrants will receive a full refund.
