WalkBikeNC: North Carolina Statewide Pedestrain and Bicycle Plan

This plan is by the North Carolina Department of Transportation but other state agencies contributed to creating the plan. Issues of concern to other North Carolina agencies, such as mobility, safety, health, economy and environment, are identified and addressed. The plan serves as a guide for NC Department of Transportation to develop and expand a future transportation system that safely accommodates walking and bicycling statewide.
