Technology Competencies: Electronic Resources

This libguide contains a list of newly updated technology competencies for NC library staff. The competencies were revised by the State Library's Continuing Education Advisory Committee in 2015.

2 Electronic resources Be familiar with finding and using online catalogs at other library systems
2 Electronic resources Be familiar with the resources available through library NC LIVE, other consortium offerings, and locally purchased resources
2 Electronic resources Know how to access electronic resources, point others to the resource, use the resource to answer questions, and show library users how to access it; assist patrons to select appropriate databases for their searches
